We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept individual to work as an Account Development Specialist.
?
Essential Job Functions:
-Meet or exceed all established sales goals for designated sales assignment and geographic territory
?
-Meet or exceed all established sales goals for designated for Global Strategic Accounts, Key Analytical Chromatography Accounts and Analytical Chromatography Emerging/Focus accounts applying to sales assignment and geographic territory.
?
-Respond to customer requests for quotations and participate in negotiation of agreements and contracts with customers for analytical products in the assigned accounts and geographic territory. Evaluate and make Negotiate final specifications, delivery, packaging, quantities and pricing with customers.
?
- Work with Analytical Chromatography Field Sales Specialists and Custom Solutions Specialists to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for expanding sales and service to meet established sales revenue and growth goals for the territory. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, including current sales forecasts and prospect lists and provide to management on a regular basis.
?
- Perform key account support activities. Work with applications scientists, national accounts, territory sales, and brand management to meet account specific goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline.
Experience:
Two to three years of science-related business experience required.? One to three years of prior technical/scientific sales experience required.
